Shipping Policy

At Tecnock, we offer free shipping for hela pay orders above LKR 10000. We use reliable and fast shipping methods to ensure that your products arrive on time. We take great care in packaging your products to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. For orders below LKR 10000, a flat shipping fee of LKR 400 will be charged.If you have any questions about our shipping policy, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team.

🛡️ Tecnock Warranty Policy 

 

 

Warranty Statement:
Tecnock guarantees to offer high-quality, original products with accurate descriptions. If you experience any issues with your purchase, please notify us within 30 days from the date of shipment.

Unless otherwise stated in a specific agreement, Tecnock makes no warranty for the fitness, suitability, or merchantability of the product for a particular use or environment.

 

Warranty Period:

  • All Raspberry Pi Boards and accessories are covered under a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.

  • If defects are found due to issues in raw materials, design, or manufacturing, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.

  • For out-of-warranty items, we can offer support, repair, or replacement for a reasonable service fee.

 

 

Warranty Exceptions:
Warranty will not apply in the following cases:

  • The warranty period has expired

  • Damage due to misuse, improper maintenance, or storage

  • Non-compliance with user guides or manuals

  • Damage due to force majeure (natural disasters, legal changes, strikes, etc.)

  • Customer has attempted to repair or alter the product

  • Product is a special category (e.g., customized boards) and has been opened without a fault

 

Returns & Refunds:

  1. Return for Refund or Exchange (Unopened):

    • Returns allowed within 30 days if the product is unopened and in original packaging

    • Buyer must cover return shipping cost

    • Refund/exchange processed after item is received and verified

    • Shipping fees are only refunded if the issue is due to our error

  2. Order Cancellation (Before Shipment):

    • Orders can be canceled before dispatch

    • A 3.5% payment gateway fee will be deducted from the refund (PayPal, card processors)

    • During delays not caused by force majeure, we may waive the fee

  3. Dead on Arrival (DOA):

    • Products with defects or damage reported within 7 days of delivery qualify for free replacement

    • DOA items must be reported with photos/videos and require pre-approval for return

  4. Non-returnable Products:

    • Customized products (e.g. logo, firmware, packaging)

    • Clearance, discounted, or End-of-Life (EOL) products
