(1) Acceptance of Terms
All web pages available at TECNOCK.COM and all linked pages and subdomains ("Site") are owned and operated by Embed Labs (Pvt) Ltd. ("Embed Labs"), a company based in Sri Lanka, and are accessed by you under the Terms of Service described below ("Terms").

Please read these terms carefully before using the services. By accessing the site, viewing any content, or using any services available on the site (as each is defined below), you are agreeing to be bound by these terms, which, together with our Privacy Policy, govern our relationship with you in relation to the site.

In short, by using TECNOCK.COM, you agree to all the terms on this page.

The Site is a website that provides various services related to technology, including information, articles, and access to products and services offered by Embed Labs ("Services"). Services include, but are not limited to, any service and/or content TECNOCK.COM makes available to or performs for you, as well as the offering of any materials displayed, transmitted, or performed on the Site or through the Services. Content ("Content") includes, but is not limited to, text, user comments, information, data, graphics, news articles, images, illustrations, software, and downloads.

Your access to the Site may be interrupted as a result of repair or maintenance, equipment malfunction, or any other reason that may be beyond the control of TECNOCK.COM. TECNOCK.COM reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend availability of the Site and/or any Service and/or remove any Content at any time. TECNOCK.COM may also impose limits on certain features and Services or restrict your access to parts of or all of the Site and the Services without notice.

In short, TECNOCK.COM is a website that provides technology-related services and access to products. Sometimes the site will be unavailable, and this may happen without warning.

In order to access the full set of Services, you are required to open an account with TECNOCK.COM. If you browse the website as a guest, you may have limited access to certain services, but to access all Services, you must open an account and select a password. It is your responsibility to maintain the security and confidentiality of your user account password. Additional registration information you provide is optional except where explicitly designated. Deliberately providing false registration information may constitute a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your TECNOCK.COM account.

Selling your account.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the Site. TECNOCK.COM reserves the right (but is not obligated) to monitor disputes between users and take any necessary action to remediate violations of the Terms. This may include the immediate removal of related materials from the Site and/or the suspension or deletion of associated user accounts.

We will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities who provide a court order or subpoena requesting or directing us to disclose the identity of anyone posting such materials.

In short, you cannot use our site to harass people, post offensive content, or engage in spam. You can use our APIs to access data, but don't overload our servers. Selling your account is prohibited.

In short, TECNOCK.COM has trademarks, copyrights, and licenses, so don't infringe upon them. If you use open-source content, comply with the license terms.

 

(7)User Content Submitted or Made Available for Inclusion on the Site

(9)Shipping and Returns

When an order is placed, it will be shipping to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on the Site and with the laws of the respective jurisdiction. All purchases from the Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from the Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to your specified shipping address unless otherwise specified in writing. You are responsible for contacting us to initiate any claim for damaged and/or lost shipments. You are responsible for paying any import duties and taxes on your order. TECNOCK.COM does not do business with entities in, or who intend to reship any product to, a country embargoed by the government of the respective jurisdiction. TECNOCK.COM doesn't accept returns for any product we sell. However, requests for return will be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed to be accepted.

In short, we only ship to eligible locations and don't accept returns for most products. Make sure you comply with import duties and don't try to reship products to embargoed countries.
